How-To Make a Sweet Fruit Smoothie


  • Yellow Bananas – 2 Large
  • Mangoes – 1 whole, diced
  • Strawberries – 1 cup, diced
  • Vanilla Yogurt – 6 oz.
  • Peaches – 1 whole, diced
  • Milk, preferred type – ¼ cup
  • Granulated sugar – dash
  • Ice Cubes – 4 – 6


  1. Place all ingredients and four ice cubes into a large blender cup.
  2. Blend on high until ingredients have smoothed out. Look for a slightly thickened, but creamy texture. 
  3. Pour smoothie into a glass with two ice cubes.
  4. Enjoy!


Place 1 or 2 ice cubes in your glass when you’re ready to drink your smoothie to keep it as cold as possible. Top with cinnamon or whipped cream if you prefer.
