Your Favorite Gems

With the new year around the corner, this is a perfect time to highlight Citrine and it’s powers to help manifest. I personally have been thinking of my 2021 goals and the things that I would like to see myself achieve in the coming year, and I’ve kept Citrine front and center throughout the process. 

A crystal that we’ve featured on our Instagram in the past, Citrine, is known as “The Merchants Stone”. It attracts wealth, prosperity and success. You can see how it could be good for business! This past year, my partner and I launched our business, and one of my goals is to definitely see it grow and prosper.

The sunny warm stone also promotes creativity. This year it was nice to tap back into creativity that I forgot existed in me. Citrine helped add energy and focus to that creativity as we developed ideas for different parts of our business and the direction we wanted it to go. Maybe I am biased (because Yellow is one of my top favorite colors), but I can’t help but to feel happy when I look at Citrine. It’s definitely a stone that can put you in a positive mindset and help you to elevate higher, which we all need after the year 2020 has been!

MARZ

Natural Citrine is native to Brazil, and can be hard to come by. Alternatively- you can pick up a heat treated Citrine (though not natural, they still possess the same crystal energy), or you can also keep a Honey Calcite close. Honey Calcite (or Sun Honey as I like to call it ) is just as warm as Citrine and you can even find beautiful spheres with rainbow flashes! This gem promotes self-confidence and responsibility – the perfect combination to tackle those New Year resolutions head on!

This angelic crystal cools down fiery personalities, if ever in a heated argument, think of the way the celestites hue is calming and serene and it can help to ease the tension! If you are meditating, allow Celestite to assist you in fortifying your mind, bringing you to a deeper meditative state. The best day to work with Celestite is Friday! The best way to cleanse this crystal is with wind, take it out and let the breeze flow through it!
